Who is Vik Gill
Vik Gill is a Fraser Valley-based personal trainer whose clients range from athletes to beginner everyday people. Vik works with his clients on an individual basis, focusing on achieving long-term results through challenging and constantly varied workouts.
With over 6 years in the fitness industry, Vik is widely recognized for his specialized training and innovative fitness techniques. He is known for creating high-intensity, high energy classes catering to beginner clients and well as advanced clients to push them to reach for their health and fitness goals. His positive attitude and humor only add to the experience his clients enjoy!
Vik is certified by the Canadian Fitness Education Services (CFES). As the lead instructor at the Fitness Lab, he is able to blend his education and experience to create a motivating environment for his clients that lead them to a path of increased well-being while breaking down old barriers and setting new goals.
