Class Descriptions

Hockey Lab

Hockey Lab is a program designed for youth to take it to the next level. Functional exercises to improve stride, quickness, reaction timing while gaining lean muscle mass and improving cardio.

Only available for team training during the season please contact for details

Youth Development Camp 1

12+ - Great for youth if your involved in sports or for those that just want to workout! All workouts are fully guided, setting up participants for success in the years to come.
3x a week- Monday/Wednesday/Friday 3:30- 4:30pm
$95.00

Youth Development Camp 2

8+ - This is the beginning to their fitness journeys. Mostly incorporating body weight exercises and brain busting coordination work it will prove to be fun and challenging.
Thursday 4:40pm-5:30pm
$8.75/session
